8oz Tuna Steak, Cut Into 3 Pieces. 4Tbsp Evoo. 2tsp Freshly Grated Lemon Zest. 2tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary. 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 Ground Peper. 6oz Whole-wheat Gobbetti, Rotini or Penne Pasta 1 10oz Package Artichokes Hearts. 1/4 Chopped Green Olives. 3 Cloves Garlic Minced. 2 Cups Grape Tomatoes Halved. 1/2 Cup White Wine. 2Tbsp Lemon Juice. 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
